Membrane calculation
Participants will master the most important technique for cutting membranes in a swimming pool, which is of crucial importance.
Forming the pool
Learn the art of pool membrane molding to create pools of various shapes and sizes.
Working with tools
An important element of the training is mastering the techniques and temperature conditions for welding membranes.
Seam treatment
Our students will gain practical experience in sealing membrane welds.
Duration: Training sessions last 1-3 days, giving participants ample time to master the membrane welding process on dedicated training stations.
Difficulty Level: For beginners, our courses require no prior experience working with membranes or pool liners. Our experienced instructors will guide participants step-by-step through the basic techniques of working with materials and tools.
Materials: All necessary materials and tools will be provided, including CGT ALKOR membrane, special mounting brackets, geotextiles, and a full set of tools.
During our academy's training, you'll master the complex process of hot-air membrane welding, learning how to properly cut the material, and how to achieve speed and precision. Mastering the CGT ALKOR membrane welding technique is the key to creating swimming pools with 100% waterproofing.
As you progress through the course, you'll move from theory to practice, mastering the welding technique for rectangular pools, as well as pools with complex geometries and internal steps.
